Although we have worked hard to build successful relationships with our suppliers to give our customers the best price possible, and we can produce as little as one lanyard, due to the manufacturing processes involved this is highly uneconomic and makes the unit price too expensive. To keep our low prices for all our brands and customers, the minimum order quantity is therefore 50 pieces – you can have less, but the minimum price charged will be the 50-piece rate.

Buying Advice

Our buying advice contains all you need to know about how to choose the right lanyard, including dimensions, fittings, fabric, and colours. This should help make the process of buying your lanyards as easy as possible. 

If you are still unsure, then our team is always available to talk through your options or we can send you samples of what we've done before to help you choose the right lanyard for you.

We can't offer printed samples with your logo but we can do an electronic version for you to see how your finished product will look. Get in touch so we can send you your samples.

Easy ordering

It is really easy to order your lanyards with us. If you want plain or coloured lanyards then you can use our quote tool on the website or give us a call on 0333 272 5180

If you are wanting custom or bespoke lanyards with a unique design, then we have created a “how to order” guide on the website to help you with the process. 

Designing your custom lanyard is something we like to take care of, so at the very outset we'll ask you for your logo and colour instructions, and get a visual over to you before you even order. This then makes your decision even easier.

All you need do is email your artwork to or upload your logo using our online enquiry form and we will get back to you.

If you already have your own design then you can follow the steps in the guide. We do include a safety break as standard and we would advise keeping this. However, if you want it removed you should let us know when ordering. 

We know that no lanyard would be complete without a lanyard accessory, so we have a range of these available that you can order at the same time as your lanyard, or separately should you so wish.

If you are a new customer, we will offer you the option of a pro forma invoice or an online account application, which will give you a 30 day credit account (subject to a successful application).

We will then send an order acknowledgement confirming the details and proposed delivery date.

Our sales support team will keep you informed of your order right through to completion, confirming the delivery the day before, sending delivery notes through and informing of courier details where possible.

Your account manager will then follow up with you after delivery to ensure all is as it should be and that you are nothing less than delighted with your order.
