Tubular Lanyards
Made from loose-stitched polyester material, it is then formed into a tube and screen printed with your logo or message. Also known as a boot lace or shoe lace style lanyard. The finished product has a “stretchy” feel, unlike other lanyard materials
We also have a full range of Personalised Lanyards and Custom Lanyards in a full range of colours with your logo and a choice of lanyard designs.
Although we can produce as little as one lanyard, due to the manufacturing processes involved this is uneconomic and the unit price is too expensive. The minimum order quantity is therefore 50 pieces – you can have less, but the minimum price charged will be the 50 piece rate.

Delivery / Lead Times
Our Tubular lanyards are manufactured in Asia, and the lead time is generally 10 - 15 working days (20 days for larger quantities).
Please let us know your time critical date and we will do our very best to accommodate your requirements.
If we cannot meet your required date with flat polyester lanyards, we will suggest an alternative for you.
Why choose Tubular?
This really is down to choice; however, we would advise single colour printing of bold logos, as the material is woven in such a way that it can distort the logo a little when stretched.
It is still a popular option, as it is a classic style, and is probably the most robust material available. There are no edges either, so if worn with a T shirt, will not aggravate the skin.
These are less popular than flat polyester lanyard material, but the prices are very similar so really comes down to a matter of personal preference. We would advise you if your logo would be better represented on a different material.
The tubular lanyard can be pantone matched to your requirements and fitted with all styles of clips and accessories.
As with all our lanyards, there is a choice of fittings, but as standard comes with a metal clip and safety break.
