About Us

We like to think of ourselves as being in the Customer Service Industry dealing with a bespoke product of lanyards, where the focus is on the you, the customer and not just the product.

This has been the basis of our growth, testament of which can be seen on our Feefo review pages.

The business started in 2001, as a generalist promotional and business gift company, and is very strong across all product groups and customer market sectors. However, the growth of the internet in the noughties allowed us to focus on and specialise in one specific product group and that would of course be... lanyards!

Over the years we have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience, working with some of the worlds biggest brands. Although our customers are primarily UK based, we have customers throughout Europe, Scandinavia, Australia and the United States.

Over the same period we have built a superb team of great people to service our customers, along with exceptional relationships with our supply chain, allowing us to get great pricing and delivery flexibility to meet the needs of you, our customers.

The Sales Team

You will be dealing with one of the team below, whose aim it is to make your order process as simple as possible - customer service is their passion and they will want to ensure you are completely happy all the way through the process. They will make sure that the artwork is prepared to your satisfaction before the manufacturing process starts.

Once your order is delivered, they’ll be in touch to make sure that you are delighted with your lanyards.
